Who is selling it
Seller feedback count
502 feedback
A new account has little to lose. On a collectable piece the bar is higher than on ordinary goods, because the loss if it goes wrong is larger.Positive feedback percentage
100% positive
Established sellers of collectables generally run at 99% or above. Below that means recent buyers had problems. Under a few dozen feedback the percentage is too small a sample to read.Live listings against feedback
19 live listings against 502 feedback
A hijacked or throwaway account often carries a large number of live listings against almost no feedback history. The two figures are more telling together than apart.Recent negative feedback
No negative feedback in the last 60 days
What recent unhappy buyers actually said, grouped by theme. Shown for context, not counted: most active sellers pick up the odd negative, so the presence of one says little. A pattern in what they are about says more.Where it ships from
Ships from
Ships from US
Counterfeit Scotty Cameron pieces are disproportionately shipped from a small number of countries outside the brand's home markets. Plenty of genuine pieces ship internationally too, so this is context rather than a conclusion. The listing itself
Description
Little or no description
A genuine seller of a collectable usually says where it came from. A hijacked account often does not bother with a description at all.Returns on a new item
No returns accepted on a new item
A seller confident that a new piece is what it says will usually take it back. The photos

One photo of an expensive piece leaves the tells unseen. On a cover the stitching, tag and fabric tone are what settle it, and they need close shots. What this piece has sold for
