2015 Scottish Flag - Futura X5 Regarding the Scots' national flower, the thistle (and Scotty's embroidered ode to it), legend has it that a sleeping party of Scots warriors were saved from ambush by an invading Norse army when one of the attackers trod on a thistle with his bare feet. His cries raised the alarm, the roused Scots defeated the invaders, and the thistle was adopted as the symbol of Scotland. Next time you pull your Futura X5 from this headcover, remember the thistle. Released July 14, 2015.
